Working Lunches at Home
Having been forced out of the office during covid and left to fend for ourselves for lunch at home, both of our founders were left gaining weight, spending extra money, and generally feeling unsatisfied with our lunch choices.
Delivery Dons
Once we knew the delivery team at Door Dash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub on a first name basis, we knew we needed to make a change. So we started to make our own lunch sandwiches. And we made a lot of sandwiches! Boy did they get delicious over time while still staying healthy. But it took too much time to stock the food and make the sandwiches. What if we made them ahead of time and just frozen them?
Epiphany Time
Lightbulb moment! What if we could just grab a frozen sandwich out of the freezer and cook it on the panini press? It would be delicious, healthy, and cost effective. We started NiNi's frozen gourmet sandwich delivery to be something we would love and we hope you love it too!
